间断蓝光照射联合妈咪爱及茵栀黄治疗新生儿黄疸临床效果分析

目的：探讨间断蓝光照射联合妈咪爱及茵栀黄治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2012年2月到2014年12月收治的69例采用间断蓝光照射联合妈咪爱及茵栀黄治疗的新生儿黄疸患儿的临床资料，将其设为研究组，选取同期只采用间断蓝光照射治疗的62例患儿资料，将其设置为对照组，比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果及其治疗前后血清胆红素水平变化。结果：研究组总有效率为89.9%；对照组总有效率为72.6%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗3 d后研究组血清胆红素水平下降明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组不良反应发生率为2.9%，对照组为4.4%，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：间断蓝光照射联合妈咪爱、茵栀黄治疗新生儿黄疸效果显著，可有效改善患儿的血清胆红素浓度，值得临床推广。

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Intermittent Blue Light Irradiation Combined with Mommy Loves and Yinzhihuang Treatment of the Neonatal Jaundice

bjective: To investigate the clinical value of intermittent blue light irradiation combined with mommy loves, Yinzhihuang injection in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods: In our hospital in 2012 February to 2014 December, 69 patients were treated with intermittent charging, mommy loves blue light irradiation combined with Yinzhihuang treatment of neonatal jaundice, set it as the study group, select the same period 62 cases of children with intermittent blue light irradiation in the treatment of the data, it is set to the control group, changes of serum bilirubin level before and after the clinical treatment effect and the treatment of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of study group was 89.9%, the control group the total effective rate was 72.6%, the therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). After the treatment of serum bilirubin level group were lower than that of control group, there was statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05). Study on the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 2.9%, the control group was 4.4%, compared the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion: Intermittent blue light irradiation combined with mommy loves, Yinzhihuang in treating neonatal jaundice, serum bilirubin concentration effect significantly, can effectively improve the patients, is worthy of promotion.
