铅锡锑冶炼浮渣直接制备锡酸钠

摘    要:采用碱性浸出-净化-结晶法用铅锡锑冶炼浮渣直接生产锡酸钠,流程简单,设备要求低,环境友好,锡的回收率大于90%,锡酸钠产品质量达到国家标准。铅锑浸出渣和除铅渣可直接返回铅熔炼系统。

Abstract:Direct production of sodium stannate from Pb-Sn-Sb smelting slag was investigated by alkalinity leaching-purification-crystallization method. this process is simple, less strict to equipment and environment-friendly, the recovery of tin is more than 90% and quality of sodium stannate product reaches national standard. Pb-Sb enriched leaching residue and deleading sludge are returned to Pb smelting process.
