| 摘 要： | 针对某火电厂输煤部分，设计了一套基于PLC控制网络和上位机的输煤监控系统。对其硬件构成和软件实现做了介绍，并重点论述了采用VB和SQL Server的上位机监控管理软件的设计，包括人机界面显示，上、下位机通讯，数据库连接等主要技术。该系统软件和硬件成本低，功能灵活强大，具有友好的人机界面和完善的监控管理功能。实际运行表明，它能实现对输煤系统的有效控制，还能和企业的管理信息系统联网，实现管控一体化。

| Abstract: | The design of a monitoring system based on PLC and host computer for coal transporting in power plant is presented. The realization of hardware and software configuration is also explained. And the emphasis of the work is the design of supervisory software using VB and SQL Server, including the main technology of HMI, serial communication, and database access, etc. The system has friendly HMI and full supervisory functions with low cost. Application indicates that it can control coal-transporting system effectively, and also can integrated with MIS. |
