| 摘 要： | 民办公助二级学院是国有高校创建的按民办机制运作的相对独立的新制本科二级学院。通过对依托国有大学发展的民办公助二级学院办学新模式的探讨，提出了加强师资队伍建设，推动学院发展的途径。

| Abstract: | State-owned, privately-run colleges, generally known as SOPR colleges, are a new form of educational organization established by state-owned universities while managed with a private institute system. This article discusses the new model of management and proposes ways to improve the development of SOPR colleges through the building of a teacher troop. |
