呼吸机有创通气对肺心病呼吸衰竭危重患者的治疗效果

目的:探究分析肺心病呼吸衰竭危重患者采取呼吸机有创通气治疗的效果。方法:从2017年6月~2019年6月本院收治的肺心病呼吸衰竭危重患者中抽选66例,采用数字随机分配法分为两组,实验组33例,接受呼吸机有创通气治疗和常规治疗,对照组33例,接受呼吸机无创通气治疗和常规治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组PaCO_2、PaO_2、pH值等均无明显差异,P>0.05;治疗后,实验组PaCO_2水平明显小于对照组,PaO_2、pH值明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:肺心病呼吸衰竭危重患者采取呼吸机有创通气治疗效果更为迅速,能够有效改善患者血气指标,缓解病情。

Effect of Ventilator Invasive Ventilation on Critically Ill Patients with Pulmonary Heart Disease andRespiratory Failure

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of ventilator invasive ventilation in patients with severe respiratory failure due to pulmonary heart disease.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2019,66 patients with severe pulmonary heart disease and respiratory failure were selected from our hospital.They were divided into two groups by digital random allocation method,and 33 patients in the experimental group were treated with ventilator invasive ventilation.Compared with conventional treatment,33 patients in the control group received non-invasive ventilation and conventional treatment of the ventilator,and compared the clinical treatment effects between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in PaCO2,PaO2,and pH between the two groups,P>0.05;after treatment,PaCO2 levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and PaO2 and pH values were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:Ventilator invasive ventilation is more effective in critically ill patients with respiratory failure due to pulmonary heart disease,which can effectively improve the blood gas index of patients and relieve the condition,which is worthy of clinical application.
