瓦斯隧道掘进爆破新技术探讨

摘    要:《爆破安全规程》中规定 ,瓦斯隧道掘进中起爆总延期时间不能超过 130ms。当采用常规的掏槽爆破法时 ,总延期时间不可能满足小于 130ms的要求 ,因而不能用于瓦斯隧道的掘进。通过工程试验发现 ,短毫秒间隔微差爆破法可以解决总延期时间的限制与全断面、大进尺爆破掘进的矛盾 ,这是瓦斯隧道掘进中爆破技术的一种新尝试

Abstract:It is stipulated in Blasting Safety Regulations that total priming delayed time must be less than 130ms in excavation of gaseous tunnels. When conventional cut blasting methods are used, total priming delayed time cann't meet the requirement of less than 130ms. Therefore, these methods are unsuitable to be used for excavation of gaseous tunnels. It has been found by engineering testing that the millisecond blasting with a short delayed interval can be used for solving the contradiction between total time limitation and full advance. This is a new attempt to the blasting technologies for excavation of gaseous tunnels.
