摘    要:湖北鄂州发电有限责任公司锅炉安装了烟气监测系统。NOX 分析仪的工作原理是利用化学发光法进行测量。当样气进入分析仪器并通过 1个被加热的碳床时 ,由NO2 分子激发态变成基态放出的能量被光电倍增管捕集 ,转化为DC信号 ,用数值输出。SO2 分析仪的工作原理是用 30Hz光的UV光源分别照射进入反应池前、后的样气 ,4个检测器检测能量的改变 ,可得出样气中SO2 的浓度。O2 分析仪的工作原理是利用O2 的强顺磁性 ,来测量样气的磁性灵敏度 ,从而测定O2 的百分比含量。

Abstract:The boilers in Hubei Ezhou Power Generation Ltd. Com. has been provided with the flue gas monitor system. The working principle of the NO X analyzer is to measure the gas by means of chemical luminescence. As a sample gas runs into the analyzer and through a heated carbon bed, the energy released in the basic status changed from NO 2 activating status is captured by the multiplier phototube and changed into DC signals with digit outut. The working principle of SO 2 analyzer is to expose the sample gases before and after entering into the reaction pool respectively with 30 Hz UV luminous source and 4 detectors will detect the change of energy to obtain SO 2 density in the sample gas. The working principle of O 2 analyzer is to use O 2 strong paramagnetism to measure the magnetic sensitivity of the sample gas to determine the proportion of O 2 content.
