摘 要: | 随着经济的发展和人民生活的提高,餐饮社会化发展态势良好,其中团餐的发展获得了良好的发展机遇。文章以中国团餐发展的五个阶段为基础,从供需两个方面对团餐的经营模式与市场结构进行分析,提出中国团餐发展的市场化、竞合化、产业化、集约化、品牌化、信息化、科学化、安全化、美感化、人才化等十个方面的趋势。

On the Trend and Supply-Demand Situation of Group-Catering in China Based on its Development Stages |

Abstract: | With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,social catering has a good trend of development,and group-catering also gets a good chance of development. On the basis of its five development stages,this paper analyzes the business model and market structure of group-catering from the perspective of supply and demand. The paper finally comes up with the ten development trends of group-catering in China,including being market-oriented,competition-oriented,industrialized,brand-oriented,informationoriented,scientific,safety-oriented,aesthetics-oriented and human resource-oriented. |
