高尿酸血症与隐蔽性高血压

目的 探讨高尿酸血症(HUA)患者中隐蔽性高血压(MH)的患病情况.方法 随机选择高尿酸血症男性患者120例(HUA组)及血尿酸正常男性132例(非HUA组)作为研究对象,分别进行24小时动态血压监测,次日晨起后采空腹肘静脉血行血生化指标检查.分析HUA组和非MH组的MH患病率、MH相关因素.结果 HUA组120例中有71例MH患者,患病率为59.2%,非HUA组132例中有29例MH患者,患病率为22.0%差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);HUA组中MH和非MH组比较,年龄较轻,体质量指数较高,吸烟和饮酒者较多,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);logistic回归分析显示:HUA、体质量指数、吸烟和饮酒是MH的危险因素,其中HUA与MH关系最为密切.结论 HUA是MH的危险因素,且独立于体质量指数、吸烟和饮酒之外.

Hyperuricemia and masked hypertension

Objective To explore the prevalence of masked hypertension（MH） in patients with hyperuricemia （HUA）. Methods The design randomly selected 120 hyperuricemia males as test sample and 132 healthy males as control group. 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitorings （ABPM）were carried out. Serum biochemistry was performed on the next morning. HUA was defined as blood uric acid（BUA）≥420μmol/L. The prevalence of MH was determined by ABPM. Results Prevalence of MH in HUA group was 71 cases （59.2%） ,versus 29 cases （22.0%） in control group（ P 〈0.01）. Compared with the subjects in non MH, those with MH were slightly but not statistically younger,higher body mass index, more smokers and drinkers（ P〉0.05）. Logistic resression showed that H UA, body mass index,smoking and drinking were risk factors of MH. Conclusion Body mass index, smoking and drinking in addition with HUA are risk factors for MH.
