杨梅采后商品化处理技术研究进展

摘    要:从杨梅的采前技术措施、采收、挑选分级、预冷、贮藏保鲜、包装运输六个环节综述了目前杨梅采后商品化处理技术的应用现状及研究进展,重点介绍了塑料箱式气调和真空充气包装法贮藏杨梅的新技术,提出了今后杨梅采后商品化处理技术的重点研究方向。

Abstract:This article summarized the current application and research advance in post-harvest commoditization processing technologies of Myrica rubra involving pre-harvesting,harvesting,selecting,precooling,storage and preservation,package and transportation.Two kinds of new technologies for Myrica rubra storage,vacuum inflatable packaging and plastic box modified atmosphere were highlighted.Furthermore,future research direction and hot spots in post-harvest commercialization processing technology research of Myrica...
