| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨药物性肝损害的证候学特点,分析引起药物性肝损害的因素和治疗方法。方法:按照药物性肝损害诊断标准对138例药物性肝损害患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析,运用证候学将各种药物引起的药物性肝损害进行归类,探讨药物性肝损害的证候规律。药物性肝病的病因在于湿、毒、瘀、虚,病位主要在肝胆脾肾,病性属虚实夹杂,病机关键为湿热阻滞肝胆,临床治疗突出利湿退黄的治疗原则,能够有效治疗药物性肝损害。
