摘    要:在实际应用中,人们往往只注意到变频调速(VVVF)的节能效果,而忽视了由变频器引起的谐波危害。针对漠北油田转油站外输泵变频调速系统中的高次谐波危害,分析了高次谐波产生的原因,通过对电压、电流波形的观测和数据的记录比较,确认了故障是由变频器带来的高次谐波引起,提出了合理的解决方案,成功地消除了谐波危害,确保了漠北油田的安全生产并指出了使用变频调速技术的注意事项,具有较高的工程指导价值。

Abstract:In engineering, the power-save effect of VVVF is often noticed, but the high-order harmonic brought by transducer is ignored. Aiming at the high-order harmonic harm of the transport pump in the production of Mobei oil-field, the reason of the production of high-order harmonic is analyzed. Based on the observation of voltage and current wave and the compare of the data, the fault by the high-order harmonic brought by transducer is affirmed, the reasonable solution is stated, the harmonic harm is successfully eliminated, the safety production of Mobei oil-field is insured. And the notice pointed out has high direction value in engineering.
