周期节律对维库溴铵神经肌肉阻滞作用的影响

目的：研究维库溴铵药效与日节律的关系。方法：选择60名ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级、年龄20～65岁行全身麻醉的患者、随机分为上午组和下午组。使用肌松监测仪刺激前臂尺神经，观察拇内收肌四个成串刺激（TOF）反应，记录维库溴铵的起效时间、肌松维持时间以及恢复时间。结果：两组肌松作用维持时间、TOF=0．7的时间差异无统计学意义，但起效时间、TOF=0．9的时间上午组均比下午组明显延长（分别为P〈0．01和P〈0．05）。结论：日间节律影响维库溴铵的药效。

Effects of Periodic Rhythm on Neuromuscular Block by Vecuronium Bromide

Objective： To investigate the effects of periodic rhythm on neuromuscular block by vecuronium bromide. Method： Sixty patients with ASA Ⅰ - Ⅱ afnd age from 20 - 65 were randomly divided into two groups ： morning group and afternoon group. The application of muscular slack instrument stimulated the ulnar nerve to observe the adductor pollicis muscle appearance 4 trainsof stimulation （TOP） react recorded the onset time of the effect of vecuronium bromide, the maintain time of muscular slack and recovery time. Result： There were no statistical differences in maintain time and time of TOF recovery to 0.7 between two groups. However, onset time and time of TOF recovery to 0.9 were more prolonged in morning group then that of the afternoon group. Conclusion： The neuromuscular block of veeuronium bromide is influenced by rhythm of day and afternoon.
