摘    要:本文介绍了DF-1CEP平台投产五年水下钢结构腐蚀与防护特检报告:平台水下结构物完全被污损生物覆盖,最大厚度可达22cm,平均厚度14cm。阴极保护系统完好,保护效果良好。分析了电位测量方法和结果、超声测厚方法和结果、牺牲阳极表观状态和物理尺寸测量方法和结果,以及污损物测量结果,发现了电位测量程度不当;测厚点被测基面清理不干净;牺牲阳极物理尺寸测量不准确,单位面积上的污损生物生理超过设计标准。提出了改进电位测量程度,建议制订水下超声测厚操作规范和清除海生物防止平台超负荷带来安全隐患。

Abstract:The detection report of corrosion and protection of the underwater steel structures for DF-1CEP platform was presented here:the underwater parts were whloely coated by fouling creatures,of which the maximum thickness was 22cm and the average thickness was 14cm.The cathodic protection system was normal and the protective effect was favorable.
