祛瘀接骨丸对兔胫骨骨折愈合过程中生化指标的影响

摘    要:目的 观察祛瘀接骨丸对家兔胫骨骨折模型愈合过程中血清钙(Ca)、磷(P)及碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的影响,研究祛瘀接骨丸促进骨折愈合的机制.方法 采用健康大耳白色家兔36只,制成双侧胫骨中1/3标准骨折模型,按随机原则分为对照组和实验组,分别予0.9%氯化钠注射液、祛瘀接骨丸灌胃治疗,于术后10d、20d、30 d定期检查血中Ca、P、AKP含量.结果 术后10d实验组与对照组比较,血清生化指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后20 d和30 d,实验组血清生化指标中,AKP活性增强(P<0.05),P含量显著升高(P<0.05),Ca、P乘积明显升高(P<0.05).结论 祛瘀接骨丸能增强AKP活性,促进成骨细胞活动,提高Ca、P乘积,促进钙盐沉积,从而促进骨折愈合.

The Biochemical Effects of Quyujiegu Pill on the Healing Process of Rabbit Tibial Fracture

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Quyu Jiegu pill on the level of calcium (Ca),phosphorus (P) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in blood during the rabbit tibial fracture healing,and to research the mechanism of fracture healing promoted by Quyujiegu Pill.Methods:36 rabbits,made into 1/3 standard model of bilateral tibial fracture,were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.They were treated with the saline in the control group and the Quyu Jiegu Pill in the experimental group.After operation,Ca,P and AKP in blood were tested on 10 d,20 d,30 d.Results:Postoperative 10 d,compared with the control group,there was no significant difference of serum biochemical indexes(P> 0.05) in the experimental group.After 20d and 30d,in the experimental group AKP activity increased (P< 0.05),and the content of P was higher (P< 0.05).The product of Ca and P increased significantly(P< 0.05) as well.Conclusion:Quyu Jiegu pill can enhance the activity of AKP,promote osteoblast activity,increase the product of Ca and P,and promote the deposition of calcium salt,thereby promoting fracture healing.
