摘 要: | 研究了充油SBS产品中各组份对黄变性能影响,发现充油SBS产品容易变黄的主要原因是油品中存在较多稠环芳烃,而与SBS分子自身的化学组成与结构无关。增加抗氧剂的浓度或使用更优良的抗氧剂1076都只能轻微减缓产品的变黄速度。采用芳烃含量极低的加氢型环烷填充油或添加适当的光稳定剂可以显著改善产品的耐黄变性能。

Development of anti-yellowing SBS |

Abstract: | The effects of every component of SBS containing oil on the anti yellowing were investigated . It was found that the main reason why SBS containing oil was easy to turn yellow was that there are plenty of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon(PAH) in oil, It was also found that anti yellowing performance of SBS is not related to its chemical construction and compositions. Anti yellowing performance of SBS can be only developped in a little extent with the increase of antioxidant content or replaceing BHT by 1076. The anti yellowing performance of SBS can be obviously developped if hydrogenated oils or light stability agent was used. |
