浅议对个别化自主学习的指导与管理

个别化自主学习模式的建立是现代远程开放教育预期的重要目标之一．文章就此问题指出目前在个别化自主学习中存在的问题，提出了相应的解决措施：加强对学生学习观念的更新，做自主学习的主人：加强对学生学习方式的指导，提高自主学习的有效性；指导学生尽快掌握计算机技能和运用多种资源的手段：加强对个别化自主学习的监控以加强对个别化自主学习的组织指导。最终，文章进一步提出了以主体化、信息化、功能化和管理科学化的原则开展学习支持服务的具体措施。

Initial comments on the guidance to and management over individualized and independent study

The establishment of the mode of individualized and independent study is one of the important objectives expected by modem long-distance open education. For this, the article points out problems with individualized and independent study at present while putting forward corresponding measures for solution, i.e. reinforcing the renewal of study concepts among students, trying to become masters of independent study, strengthening guidance to study methods of students, enhancing the efficiency of independent study, guiding students to quickly master computer techniques and many means of applying resources as well as reinforcing supervision and control over individualized independent study so as to strengthen the organization of and guidance to individualized independent study. Finally, the article further puts forward concrete measures of unfolding study and supporting serve based on the principles of mainbody integrity, infomationalization and management science.
