摘    要:本文研究了添加铁氧体磁粉对Nd2Fe14B/Fe3B双相纳米复合磁体性能的影响。实验表明,铁氧体的加入可改善该粘结磁体的工作稳定性,提高机械强度,减少磁不可逆损失,同时还能有效地降低成本。另外,由于加入磁粉中的同种粘结剂含量不同,得到的粘结磁体性能差距很大。

Abstract:The addition of ferrite magnetic powders taking an effect on the properties of two phase nanocomposite magnets Nd 2Fe 14 B/Fe 3B was studied The result shows that the thermal stability of bonded magnets was improved,its mechanical strength was enhanced,the irreversible loss h irr of magnets was decreased,simultaneously the cost of magnets was effectively lowered because ferrite magnetic powders were put into the Nd 2Fe 14 B/Fe 3B magnetic powders and bonded to magnets In additional,owing to the different percentage of the same type bond the properties of the obtained bonded magnets were quitely different
