为了找出一种更适合鳊肌肉中有机磷的净化方法.文章将鳊肌肉中有机磷提取液分别进行基质固相分散技术、SPE柱、GPC（全自动凝胶渗透色谱）净化,然后进行对比研究.表明：样品量大的情况下,并且资金足够,应选择GPC净化;样品量大资金不足,净化要求不高的情况下考虑选择分散固相净化;样品量少,资金不足但净化要求高,可以选择固相萃取柱净化.

Comparative Study of Different Purification Methods of Organophosphorus in the Muscle of Parabramis Pekinensis
