藏药湿生扁蕾的化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的对湿生扁蕾全草进行化学成分研究。方法用柱色谱法分离化学成分,波谱法鉴定其结构。结果分离得到8 个化合物,分别为三十烷醇(Ⅰ),齐墩果酸(Ⅱ),熊果酸(Ⅲ),1-羟基齐墩果酸(Ⅳ),kaneric acid(V),木犀草素(Ⅵ),木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅶ),7,8-二羟基-3-甲氧基(?)酮-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅷ)。结论化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅷ为首次从扁蕾属植物中分离得到,Ⅴ为首次从龙胆科植物中分离得到,Ⅳ为首次从天然产物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study chemical constituents from Gentianopsis paludosa.METHODS Column chromatogrophy and spectral analysis were used to isolate and identify the constituents, respectively.RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as triacon-tanol(Ⅰ), oleanolic acid(Ⅱ), ursolic acid(Ⅲ) ,1-hydroxyoleanolic acid(Ⅳ) , kaneric acid (Ⅴ), luteolin(Ⅵ), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅴ) ,7,8-dihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone -1-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅵ). CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅶ and Ⅷ are isolated from the plant for the first time. In addition, the compound Ⅷ, Ⅴ and Ⅳ are isolated from Gentianopsis, Gentianaceae and natural product for the first time, respectively.
