电钻传动齿轮噪声的研究

摘    要:电钻传动齿轮噪声超标,意味着产品存在质量问题和安全隐患.电钻中传动齿轮啮合时产生大的噪声,主要由五个方面的误差而引起:齿形误差、齿向误差、齿圈径向跳动、齿面粗糙度以及齿轮支撑装置误差.就广东某电动工具厂生产的单绝缘13mm手持电钻为对象,对少量出现齿轮噪声问题的产品进行了检验,总结问题原因,提出改进措施.
