不同时间留置胃管对腹部术前病人影响的研究

目的]了解腹部术前病人置入胃管的最佳时机。方法]将195例腹部择期手术病人随机分为两组,A组于术前半小时置入胃管,B组于麻醉后置入胃管。观察两组病人术前心理状况、咽喉部刺激症状及对心血管系统的影响。结果]A组术前心理不适的发生率(6 7.0%)高于B组(15.8%)。A组置管后5 min咽喉部刺激症状发生率为100.0%,而B组无一例发生咽喉部刺激症状。A组置管时、置管后1 min、置管后5 min收缩压、舒张压、心率和心脏耗氧率均高于置管前,并且也高于B组。结论]腹部手术病人留置胃管的最佳时机应是麻醉后。

Study on influence of different times of gastric tube indwelling for preoperative patients before abdominal region surgery

Objective: To find out the optimal time for preoperative patients to indwell gastric tube.Method: A total of 195 cases of time-selective operation in abdominal region surgery were divided into group A and group B randomly.Patients of group A were accepted gastric tube indwelling half an hour before operation.Patients of group were indwelled after anesthesia.Then indexes including preoperative psychological status,laryngopharyngeal irritations,and the influence on cardio-vascular system were observed.Results:The incidence of psychological indisposition among preoperative group A cases accounted for 67.0%,which was markedly higher than that of group B patients(15.8%).All cases(100.0%) of group A developed laryngopharyngeal irritations 5 minutes after gastric tube indwelling.No one developed those symptoms among group B patients.The systolic and diastolic pressures,heart rate,and heart oxygen consumption rate of group A patients during tube indwelling and 1 min,5 min after indwelling were all higher than before tube indwelling.Which were also higher than the corresponding times of group B cases.Conclusion: The optimal time of gastric tube indwelling for abdominal region operation patients is after their anesthesia.
