| 摘 要： | 培养素质高、能力强的数控技术人才是我们职业技术院校数控专业的首要任务。本文剖析了数控技术人才对广东省制造业发展的影响和第一届全国数控技能大赛广东省选拔赛中选手存在的问题，提出了职业技术院校数控技术人才培养的几点建议。

| Abstract: | The main duty of Numerical Control Section in professional and technological colleges is to cultivate graduates with high quality and competency.This article analyzes how the specialists in numerical control technology affect the manufacturing industry of GuangDong province ,presents the defects the competitors showed in the First National Numerical Control Competence Contest ,GuangDong Contest District. At last ,several suggestions regarding the cultivation of specialists in numerical control technology are given to professional and technological schools. |
