牙周炎致病菌与早产低体质量儿的关系

目的探讨孕产妇牙周炎致病菌检出情况与早产低体质量(PLBW)的关系。方法通过严格筛查,分别选取分娩出早产低体质量儿的产妇(PLBW组)和正常分娩的产妇各30名(对照组),对其牙周状况进行检查,记录菌斑指数(PI)、出血指数(BI)、探诊深度(PD)及临床附着丧失水平(CAL),并采集产妇龈下菌斑进行细菌培养、鉴定和计数。结果牙周炎在PLBW组和对照组中检出率为26.7%、6.7%,牙龈卟啉单胞菌在PLBW组和对照组中检出率为60.0%、33.3%,两者在2组中差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);牙周病变程度、检出率与PLBW均呈弱负相关(P<0.05)。结论孕妇牙周感染可能是导致PLBW的原因之一。

Association between periodontal bacterium and preterm low-birth-weight Infants

Objective To study the association between the assay prevalence of periodontal bacterium in preg- nant women and the incidence of preterm low-birth-weight infants. Methods Sixty women were, by stringent screen- ing, allocated to preterm low-birth-weight （PLBW, n=30） group and coftrol group （normal delivery, n=30）, for exami- nation of the periodontal conditions. The plaque index （PI）, gingival bleeding index （BI）, probing depth （PD） and clini- cal attachment loss （CAL） were recorded. The subgingival plaque was collected for incubation, identification and bac- terial colony count. Restflts The PLBW and control group yielded the prevalence of 26.7% and 6.7% for periodonti- tis, and a higher rate of P. gingivalis was found in PLBW group, but not control group （60.0% vs. 33.3%, P〈0.05）. The magnitude of periodontitis and the assay prevalence of were associated weekly with the incidence of preterm low-birth- weight infants （both P〈0.05）. Conclusion Periodontal infection may be responsible for PLBW in pregnant women.
