电刺激联合生物反馈疗法对不同分娩方式产妇产后盆底肌康复疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察经盆底电刺激联合生物反馈疗法对不同分娩方式产妇盆底肌力康复的临床效果。方法:选择2006年12月~2008年6月足月分娩产后42天复查的110例产妇分为剖宫产组(53例)和阴道分娩组(57例),均给予个体化的电刺激及生物反馈治疗,治疗前后进行盆底肌肉压力检测,评价分析两组的治疗效果。结果:阴道分娩产妇产后6周的阴道静息压、盆底收缩压及Ⅱ类肌纤维的快速收缩压均明显低于剖宫产者(P<0.05)。经盆底康复治疗后,两组的静息压、盆底肌力及Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维收缩强度、Ⅰ类持续时间及Ⅱ类收缩个数均较治疗前显著提高,但阴道分娩组的阴道静息压仍低于剖宫产组(P<0.01),其他检测指标两组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阴道分娩产妇产后6周的阴道张力及盆底肌力低于剖宫产者;不同分娩方式的产妇经电刺激联合生物反馈治疗后盆底肌功能均能得到康复。

Observation on effect of electric stimulation-biofeedback therapy on recovery of pelvic floor muscle of women with different delivery modes
Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of electric stimulation-biofeedback therapy on recovery of pelvic floor muscle of women with different delivery modes.Methods:110 lying-in women delivering from December 2006 to January 2008 were divided into cesarean section group(53 cases)and vaginal delivery group(57 cases),all the women underwent electric stimulation-biofeedback therapy,then they were examined before and after treatment.Results:The vaginal resting pressure(VRP),pelvic floor squeezing pressure(VSP)and quick-squeezing pressure of fiber II in vaginal delivery group were significantly lower than those in cesarean section group(P<0.05).The VRP,VSP,strength of fiber I and II,contraction time of fiber I and contraction amount of fiber II after treatment were higher than those before treatment,but VRP in vaginal delivery group was lower than that in cesarean section group(P<0.01),there was no difference in the other indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The tensility and muscle force of pelvic floor muscles in vaginal delivery women are lower than those in cesarean section group;the function of pelvic floor muscles recover after electric stimulation-biofeedback therapy,without relation to delivery modes.
