超声引导下小卵泡穿刺术治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍

目的:探讨超声引导下经阴道小卵泡穿刺术对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者内分泌功能和卵巢基础窦卵泡计数的影响。方法:选择31例对克罗米芬治疗无反应的PCOS不孕患者,在超声引导下进行卵泡穿刺抽吸卵泡液,对比观察穿刺前后患者卵巢基础窦卵泡计数以及内分泌功能的变化,并观察其排卵及妊娠情况。结果:穿刺治疗后31例患者血睾酮和黄体生成素水平均显著降低,卵巢基础窦卵泡计数减少,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义。完成卵泡穿刺治疗后连续观察6个月,共有14例患者妊娠。结论:超声引导下卵泡穿刺术能改善PCOS不孕患者的内分泌状况,减少卵巢基础窦卵泡计数,促进卵巢排卵,是治疗药物治疗无效的PCOS患者的安全有效方法。

Treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome combined with ovulation barrier by ultrasound-guided immature follicle puncture

Objective:To explore the effect of transvaginal immature follicle puncture on endocrine function and ovarian basic antral follicle count of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:31 clomiphene resistant PCOS patients with infertility were selected,follicular fluids were abstracted by ultrasound-guided follicular puncture,the changes of endocrine function and ovarian basic antral follicle count before and after follicular puncture were compared and observed,the ovulatory and pregnant status were observed.Results:After follicular puncture,the levels of serum testosterone and luteinizing hormone decreased significantly,ovarian basic antral follicle count decreased,there was significantly difference before and after follicular puncture;14 patients became pregnancy within 6 months after treatment.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided immature follicle puncture can improve the endocrine function of PCOS patients with infertility,reduce ovarian basic antral follicle count,promote ovulation,which is a safe and effective method in treatment of clomiphene resistant PCOS patients with infertility.
