我国大型火电直接空冷技术及设备的研究与应用

摘    要:我国大型火电直接空冷技术是近3年内兴起的一门技术,适用于北方缺少冷却水源的地区。介绍了直接空冷技术需解决的三大问题:总体噪声控制、节水指标和凝汽器的防冻。提出一种计算机组出力的方法。介绍了直接空冷设备(包括直接空冷的汽轮机、小风阻空冷散热器、低噪声空冷风机及其调速用的变频器等)在我国的研发和应用现状,指出了这一技术的前景。

Abstract:Direct air cooling,to be used in large capacity domestic manufactured fossil fired power generation equipment,is a technique,which has got to flourish in the last 3 years,and is suitable for North China.Three problems,awaiting solution,are being explained,i.e.overall noise confinement,normalization of water consumption and prevention of condenser freezing.A way of calculating the whole generation set's output is being suggested and a review of the status quo and development in China of directly air cooled equipment presented(including directly air cooled steam turbines,air coolers with minimal air flow resistance and cooling fans of low noise with frequency changers for their control.The bright prospect of this technique is also being pointed out.
