摘    要:PG分级中用旋转薄膜烘箱试验RTFOT来模拟沥青在施工过程中的短期老化,这对基质沥青是合理的,但用于改性沥青时,出现了老化后高温分级显著降低的现象。本文通过试验分析了这种不适用的原因,并提出了添加钢棒和升高温度2种方法进行改进,结果表明加钢棒对改性沥青RTFOT的效果不明显,而升高烘箱温度能够更好_地模拟施工过程的短期老化。通过试验温度的确定以及升温后的结果对比,尝试性地提出了确定改性沥青RTFOT温度的方法,从而使RTFOT更好地应用于改性沥青。

Abstract:Rolling Thin Film Oven Test (RTFOT) simulates asphalt short-term aging in Performance Grade system. It is effective for neat asphalt, but not for viscous modified asphalt necessarily. The high temperature grade for modified asphalt decreases notably after RTFOT. This phenomenon is explained through experiment. And adding steel rod and raising oven temperature are applied to improve the validity of RTFOT for modified asphalt. Results show that steel rod can not work very well and higher test temperature is more practical.An approach to decide the temperature of RTFOT for modified asphalt is proposed through selecting test temperatures and analyzing the results. As a result, RTFOT is more valid for modified asphalt.
