摘    要:目的 通过泳池水中余氯、尿素等理化指标与微生物指标的相关性分析,寻找反映泳池水质状况的敏感指标.方法 依据《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》的要求对110份游泳池水样进行检测分析,按照游泳池场所卫生标准GB9667-1996进行评价.结果 pH值、浑浊度、细菌总数和大肠菌群的合格率比较高,约为95.4%~100.0%;主要不合格指标为游离性余氯和尿素,分别为69.1%和34.6%;池水温度合格率最低,为5.5%.相关分析结果显示池水中尿素与细菌总数呈现正相关(r=0.749,P<0.05).结论 游泳池水中尿素与细菌总数之间有显著的相关性,建议游泳场所把尿素纳入常规的自检项目中.

Sensitive Self-checking Screening Indicator for Hygienic Evaluation on Swimming Pool

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the sensitive indicator from a correlation analysis between urea and residual chlorine. METHODS Analyzed 110 samples according to the technical guidelines for monitoring on public places and made an assessment according to the guidelines of GB9667-1996. RESULTS The results showed higher qualification rate of pH, total bacteria count, coliform bacteria was higher than others (95.4% - 100.0%). Residual chlorine and urea were the main unqualified indicator and concentration of urea and residual chlorine were 69.1% and 34.6%, respectively. The lowest rate was water temperature(5.5%). Based on the results of correlation analysis could be showed that the concentration of total bacteria increased in line with urea(r=-0.749, P〈0.05). CONCLUSION There was significantly correlation between residual chlorine and urea. Therefore, it was suggested that urea could be added into the regular self-checking indicator.
