摘    要:总结了四期离子膜更换及运行情况,分析对比了不同阴、阳极涂层的使用效果,认为阴极涂层质量差导致槽电压上升,介绍了部分电解槽配件国产化改造情况及存在问题。

Abstract:The replacement status of four terms ionic exchange membrane and their operational conditions was summarized. The operational effect of several different cathodic or anode coating was analyzed. It was pointed that the cell voltage raising was resulted from low quality of cathodic coating. The status of several electrolyzer elements and some problem about it that should be solved was introduced.
