摘    要:海上风机吊装过程中的振动对其工作稳定性有直接影响,合理选择吸振器对于减小吊装过程中的振动至关重要。为了研究不同控制器种类对于准零刚度液压动力吸振器性能的影响,使用Simulink建立一种基于准零刚度理论的液压动力吸振器,并添加了普通PID、模糊PID以及自适应控制器。同时引入了一组空白对照量,对比分析不同控制器下吸振器的工作性能。结果表明:液压动力吸振器能有效减小振动,在模糊PID控制下系统的响应时间更短,超调量更小,稳定性更好。

Abstract:The vibration in the hoisting process of the offshore fan has a direct influence on its working stability.In order to reduce vibration in hoisting process,a hydraulic vibration absorber based on quasi-zero stiffness theory was built with Simulink,and ordinary PID,fuzzy PID and adaptive controller were added.At the same time,the system without controller was introduced to compare and analyze the performance of the vibration absorber under different controllers.The results show that the hydraulic vibration absorber can effectively reduce vibration.Under the fuzzy PID control,the response of the system is faster,the overshoot is smaller and the stability is better.
