| Abstract: | Taking the development mode of enterprise＇ s knowledge management as the reference, this paper describes the management process based on explicit and implicit knowledge and the role transformation of university library in the course of knowledge management, and probes into some knowledge management modes of university library to provide the reference for the establishment and development of the new mode of university library＇ s knowledge management. |
