三氧化二砷对人结肠癌裸鼠肝转移的抑制作用

目的 研究三氧化二砷(As2O3)对人结肠癌裸鼠肝转多的影响及其作用机制。方法 BALA/C-nu/nu裸鼠经脾脏接种人结肠腺癌LS-174T细胞建立人结肠癌裸鼠肝转移模型后，随机分为实验组和对照组，分别经尾静脉注射As2O3和生理盐水，观察各组生存期、肝转移结节的数目、大小，以及血清、腹水中癌胚抗原（CEA）的含量和转移癌细胞周期。结果 与对照组相比，As2O3可明显延长荷瘤鼠生存期，抑制肝转移，治疗组血清和腹水中CEA水平均低于对照组，转移癌细胞周期中G0/G1期比例上升，S期比例下降。结论 三氧化二砷对人结肠癌裸鼠肝转移有明显的抑制作用。

Effect of As2O3 on liver metastasis with human colorectal cancer cell in nude mice

Objective To observe the effect of As 2O 3 on mice experimental liver metastasis induced by human colorectal cancer cell.Methods BALB/C nu/nu nude mice model of liver metastasis were established through the injection of LS 174T cell line and were divided into 2 groups at random:control and As 2O 3 . The weight and the numbers of the hepatic metastatic lesions,the survival period and the CEA level in serum and ascites were observed,cell cycle was determined by flow cytometry. Results As 2O 3 could obviously inhibit the growth of the hepatic metastatic lesions and decrease the CEA level in serum and ascites, It prolonged the survival period of tumor loading nude mice compared with the control( P < 0.05).The number of cells in G 0/G 1 phase were increased,while that in S phase decreased significantly. Conclusions As 2O 3 has obviously antitumor activity on liver metastasis with human colorectal cancer cell line in nude mice .
