| 摘 要： | 由于特殊的产生背景与发展历程,青岛是中国近代具有突出历史地位的城市。更重要的是,青岛在城市产生与发展过程中伴随着的一系列城市规划,以其完整性、独立性与延续性,为研究现代城市规划在中国近代的产生和发展以及城市规划与城市发展的实证关系等提供了典型案例,从而使青岛城市规划史的研究有相对重要的学术价值和实践意义。

| Abstract: | With a special development background and history, Qingdao has a unique status in the history of modem China. More important, a series of urban planning in its history offers a typical case for their completeness, integrality and continuation for studying the beginning and development of urban planning in modem China and the relationship between urban planning and urban development. |
