滚子链拆解装置的设计

摘    要:设计了一款滚子链拆解装置,主要包括链条夹紧机构和销轴顶出机构。本装置的链条夹紧机构可防止销轴顶歪,用凸轮机构提供顶出力从而实现快速拆链,可安装三枚不同规格的顶针用于拆卸不同链号的滚子链。本装置具有拆解速度快,制造成本低,拆解链号多,能拆解大链号滚子链等优点。

Abstract:A roller chain disassembly device has been designed,which mainly includes chain clamping mechanism and pin ejection mechanism.The chain clamping mechanism of this device can prevent the pin shaft from being crooked,and the cam mechanism has been used to provide the ejection force to achieve rapid chain disassembly.Three ejector pins of different specifications can be installed to disassemble roller chains of different chain numbers.The device has the advantages of fast disassembly speed,low manufacturing cost and multiple disassembly chain numbers,which can disassembly large chain roller chains.
