| 摘 要： | 自动配气装置实现了配气过程完全自动化,实现了人机完全分离,能确保配气人员的人身安全。通过配制12瓶微量氮中氧标准气体对设备的重复性和配制结果的准确性进行了考察,得出了相关的结论。

| Abstract: | The automatic gas distribution device realizes the complete automation of the gas distribution process and the complete separation of man and machine,which can ensure the personal safety of the gas distribution personnel.In this paper,the repeatability of the equipment and the accuracy of the preparation results were investigated by preparing 12 cylinder of oxygen standard gas in trace nitrogen. |
