| 摘 要： | 目的 研究金银花中有效成分绿原酸的最佳提取条件。方法 采用正交实验法以乙醇浓度(A)、溶剂量(B)、提取时间(C)和提取次数(D)4个因素，每个因素选取3个水平进行实验。结果 因素A，因素D对绿原酸的含量有极显著影响。结论 以10倍量70％乙醇为溶剂，85℃提取两次，每次1h为最佳提取条件。
