摘    要:结合我国以煤为原料生产合成氨能耗高、污染大的现状,分析了我国的天然气储量、开采量和消费量;阐述了调整我国能源结构,将天然气作为合成氨生产原料的可能性和可行性;提出了天然气纯氧自热转化电解水分离H2和CO2的等压合成氨联尿工艺流程;结果表明,该工艺以天然气为原料,采用自热转化制取合成氨加工成尿素,达到氨碳化学当量比基本平...

Abstract:In combination with present situation that the energy consume is high and pollution is serious in synthetic ammonia production taking coal as raw material in China.Author has analyzed the storage quantity,extracting quantity and consume quantity of natural gas in China;has described the adjustment of energy structure,and the possibility and feasibility taking the natural gas as raw material for producing synthetic ammonia;has proposed the equipressure ammonia synthesis process flow combined with urea by means of the conversion of natural gas by pure oxygen self heating,and the separation by electrolysis of water into hydrogen and carbon dioxide;result indicates that in this process taking natural gas as the raw material to make synthetic ammonia by self-heating conversion to further process urea,not only chemical equivalent ratio of ammonia/carbon is basically in balance,but also the co2 discharge is reached to zero,so it has great significance to both energy structure and environment protection in China.
