浙江省台州市流动人口生殖健康状况及需求调查

目的:了解流动人口生殖健康现状以及教育的需求,为提高流动人口生殖健康水平提供决策依据。方法:采取多阶随机抽样的方法,对台州市5个县、市、区共计2091名浙江省外来人口进行调查。结果:城市生活有利于调查对象生殖健康知识知晓水平的提高,但流动人口的文化程度普遍较低,以初中和小学为主(75.4%,775/1028),他们对生殖健康知识方面的了解率很低(<50%);自我保健意识普遍较差,尤其是男性,对计划生育/生殖健康服务的需求明显不及女性(P<0.001);流动人口生殖保健的可得性较差。结论:根据不同流动人口亚人群的需求及对不同生殖健康内容知晓的差异,有针对性地提供生殖健康教育,转变服务取向,维护她们的生殖健康权益,实现流动人口与常驻人口、男性育龄人群与女性育龄人群享有生殖健康优质服务的一致性,促进我国人口素质整体、和谐发展。

Survey on the Status and Requirement of the Reproductive Health of Floating Population in Taizhou City

Objective:To investigate the reproductive health status of the floating population and requirements of reproductive health education to provide basis for decision-making of improving reproductive health of floating population.Methods:Multi-stage random sampling method was adopted to investigate 2,091 people from outside Zhejiang Province at 5 counties(cities or districts)in Taizhou City.Results:City life were of great benefit to raising the level of reproductive health knowledge of floating population,but education level were generally lower in floating population who was only accepted middle and primary school education(accounted for 75.4%).To know of reproductive health knowledge was very low(less than50%),and self-health awareness generally was poor,especially in male,their demand of reproductive health services significantly were less than women(P<0.001).Availability of reproductive health were lacked for floating population.Conclusion:According to different reproductive health needs of different sub-groups,purposefully provide reproductive health education,change service orientation,and safeguard the rights and interests of the floating population to achieve the consistency of enjoying of reproductive health services in reproductive aged male and female,and to promote the overall harmonious development of the population quality in our country.
