摘    要:目的研究铁皮石斛制剂的高效液相色谱(HPLC)定性鉴别方法。方法以柚皮素为对照,色谱柱为Zorbax SB C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为A(甲醇)-B(0.2%H3PO4水溶液)梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm。结果比较10批次铁皮石斛制剂的HPLC图,选择柚皮素及相对保留时间比为1.11~1.14处色谱峰为参照,可用于铁皮石斛制剂的HPLC鉴别。结论该方法操作简单、专属性强,为铁皮石斛制剂的质量控制提供了可靠的定性鉴别方法。

Abstract:Objective To study the HPLC qualitative identification of Dendrobium officinale preparations. Methods The HPLC method was adopted. With naringenin as the control,the chromatographic column was Zorbax SB C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) and the mobile phase was A(CH3OH)-B(0. 2% H3PO4 aqueous solution) with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detective wavelength was set at 280 nm. Results By comparing the HPLC chromatograms in 10 batches of Dendrobium officinale preparations, naringenin and the chromatographic peak with relative retention time ratio of 1.1-1.14 were chosen as references,which could be used for the HPLC identification of Dendrobium officinale preparations. Conclusion This method is simple to operate, strongly specific, and provides a reliable qualitative identification method for the quality control of Dendrobium of/icinale preparations.
