摘    要:使用国产化ND3000大机组状态监测在线系统,成功捕捉大机组故障信息,分析诊断二氧化碳压缩机汽轮机日常运行中的摩擦故障,并提出诊断意见和建议;诊断处理二氧化碳压缩机开机过程中发生的旋转失速故障和高压缸转子不平衡故障.避免了不必要的汽轮机停机抢修和压缩机高压缸必要的适时检抢修.状态检修系统的投用,为大机组开展机组预知维修,节约检维修费用带来巨大的经济效益.

Abstract:By using the localized ND3000 on line large unit state monitoring system,engineers can successfully catch fault information of large units,timely analyze and diagnose the frication fault of the CO 2 compressor turbine during daily running,and gives improving suggestions.By using the system engineers timely diagnosed and handled the rotating stall and unbalance faults of the HP cylinder rotor occurred during the startup of the CO 2 compressor,avoiding any unnecessary turbine shutdown and emergency repair,and carrying out necessary and timely turnaround of compressor HP cylinder.With the application of state monitoring system,we can carry out pre-maintenance of large units so as to save maintenance cost and get huge economic benefit.
