自体唇黏膜移植修补羟基磷灰石义眼座植入后的眼座暴露

背景:修补羟基磷灰石义眼座暴露的移植物很多,包括异体巩膜、羊膜、口腔黏膜和游离皮瓣.其中自体口腔唇黏膜属于黏膜组织,具有一定的黏液分泌功能,上皮细胞增生速度快,修复好,同时自体唇黏膜不会发生移植排斥反应.目的:观察自体唇黏膜移植修补羟基磷灰石义眼座植入后眼座暴露的效果.方法:2006-01/2010-10羟基磷灰石义眼座植入后出现眼座暴露11例(11只眼),男6例,女5例.年龄41~67岁,平均年龄54岁.5例行单纯自体唇黏膜修补,6例取出眼座,进行自体唇黏膜移植+结膜囊成形.移植后观察唇黏膜存活情况,结膜囊深度,睑裂高度和外观.结果与结论:随访1~12个月唇黏膜生存良好,与球结膜融合.结膜囊大小深度正常,双侧睑裂高度基本对称,外观满意,11例患者均无羟基磷灰石再暴露并发症发生.结果显示采用自体唇黏膜移植可以有效修复羟基磷灰石义眼座植入后眼座暴露,能较好地满足患者外观需求.
