摘    要:介绍了一个基于 PLC 的轻轨精整控制系统.该系统由两个现场操作站、两个PLC控制站和一个监控操作站组成.采用梯形图编制了系统控制软件,程序能够对系统故障情况进行自动判断与处理.通过采用PLC技术对轻轨精整钻床和铣床的电气控制系统技术改造,提高了产品质量,减轻了操作人员的劳动强度.实际应用表明,该系统具有工作可靠、功能完善、易于维护,以及操作灵活方便等特点.

Abstract:A PLC based light railway precise rectifier control system is presented. This system is composed of two local workstations, two PLC control stations and a monitor station. The system control software is written by ladder diagram and system fault states can be judged and treated voluntarily. PLC technology is adopted to remake light railway precise rectifier electric control system of drill presses and milling machine and the system is beneficial to enhance product quality and lighten labour strength. Practical application shows that the system has good reliability performance and completed functions, and it is also convenience to maintain and operate.
