篦冷机段节梁加工工艺改进

段节梁是四代篦冷机篦床上的一个关键零件,由于加工工艺设计不合理,加上工装夹具不能适应加工要求,导致产品合格率不高,劳动强度大,且生产效率低,无法满足正常的生产节拍要求。经过努力,改革工装夹具和工艺,实现批量化、小流水线生产,提高了产品质量和效率,同时降低了生产成本,满足生产装配需要。

Improvement of processing technology on segmental beams of grate cooler

Segmental beam is a key part of four generation grate cooler bed. It can''t satisfy the demand of the production of the normal rhythm due to the unreasonable design and processing technology, plus fixture unadapted to machining requests, resulting in low rate of production yield, labor-intensive and low production efficiency. It can meet the requirements of production assembly after efforts by reforming fixture and process, realizing mass production, small assembly line production, improving the product quality and efficiency and reducing the production costs.
