摘    要:该文提出了一种基于压电阻抗测量的大型不规则多腔钢管混凝土柱中横隔板下与核心混凝土的界面剥离缺陷检测方法。在横隔板上、下表面粘贴压电陶瓷片并在横隔板以下混凝土中嵌入压电功能元,对压电材料的机电耦合阻抗进行测量,结果表明,界面剥离缺陷区域的压电陶瓷片和嵌入式压电功能元的阻抗测量结果出现明显变化。通过机电耦合阻抗测量可实现大型不规则钢管混凝土柱横隔板下表面与混凝土的界面粘结缺陷的有效检测。

Abstract:In this paper, a debonding detection methodology for the interface between the lower surface of horizontal diaphragms and the concrete core of large scale irregular multi cellular concrete filled steel tubulars (MC CFSTs) with large cross section is proposed and experimentally studied by the use of the electro mechanical impedance (EMI) measurements of PZT materials. A number of PZT patches are pasted on the upper and lower surface of the horizontal diaphragms and embedded Piezo based Functional Elements (EPFEs) are embedded in the concrete. The EMI of both the PZT patches on the upper and lower surface of the diaphragm and the EPFEs in concrete core at different frequency regions are measured. The EMI measurements of PZT materials corresponding to the debonding areas show obvious variation. Results show that the proposed EMI based approach is capable of detecting the interface debonding defects for MC CFSTs.
