循证护理在高压氧治疗婴儿患者中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨循证护理在高压氧(Hyperbaric oxygen HBO)治疗婴儿患者中应用的效果.方法 设2008年7月-2010年3月到我院高压氧科治疗的婴儿患者72例为循证护理观察组,在常规护理方法基础上应用循证护理的思维方法(查找文献,确定问题、收集证据、解决问题等)实施循证护理.2006年1月-2008年6月HBO治疗的婴儿患者60例为对照组,应用常规护理的方法实施护理.把观察组和对照组HBO治疗效果及婴儿患者家属对护理工作的满意度经统计学处理并作对比分析.结果 观察组高压氧治疗的有效率95.83%,患婴家属对护理工作的满意率95.83%;对照组HBO治疗有效率83.33%,对护理工作满意率71.66%.观察组高压氧治疗的效果明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);观察组婴儿患者家属对护理工作的满意率明显高于对照组,差异有极显著性(P<0.01).结论 循证护理的实施提高了婴儿高压氧期间的舒适度及治疗的持续性,提高了高压氧治疗婴儿疾病的效果及患婴家属对护理工作的满意度.

Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy of evidence-based care in infant patients on hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT). Methods 72 infant patients on HBOT during July 2008 to March 2010 received not only conventional nursing but also evidence-based care (evidence-based care group) and 60 on HBOT during January 2006 to June 2008 received only conventional care (conventional care group).The efficacy of HBOT and the degrees of parents' satisfaction with nursing care were statistically analyzed.Results The efficacy and the satisfaction degree was both 95.83% in the evidence-based care group;while in the conventional care group, the efficacy was 83.33% and the satisfaction degree was 71.66%.Conclusions Evidence-based care improve comfort and continuity of treatment in infant patients on hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The proper completion of treatment increases the efficacy of HBOT and the degrees of parents' satisfaction with nursing care.
