城乡二元结构下农村公共产品的供给困境与化解

Under the urban-rural dual structure, public goods supply in rural areas is in a dilemma of quantity deficiency, structural imbalance, contradiction between supply and demand and lack of main bodies. From the point of system, the main reason causing supply dilemma is urban-rural dual structure. This existing structure results the unbalance between administrative authority and fiscal power, and lack of diverse suppliers such as the market and social organizations in rural public good supply.
