2013年开封市某化工厂168例接苯女工血象检查结果

目的通过了解开封市某化工厂女性苯作业人员的职业健康状况,为制定预防苯中毒和进一步改善苯作业环境提供科学依据。方法对开封市某化工厂女性苯作业工人进行职业健康检查,包括职业史调查,血常规检查。结果白细胞异常率为16.1%,血小板异常率为1.2%,中性粒细胞异常率为10.1%;接害工龄越长,苯中毒的发生率越高（χ2=9.830,P〈0.05）。结论应加强接苯女工的职业健康监护工作,改善工作条件,调换工种,减少接害工龄,预防职业病的发生。

Results of the blood routine examination among 168 benzene-exposed female workers in a chemical plant in Kaifeng in 2013

Objective] To understand the occupational health status of benzene-exposed female workers in a chemical plant of Kaifeng,provide scientific basis for formulating preventive measures of benzene poisoning and improving benzene working environment. Methods]The occupational health examination was carried out among the benzene-exposed female workers in a chemical plant of Kaifeng,including investigation of the occupational history and blood routine examination.Results]The abnormal rates of leukocyte,blood platelet and neutrophile granulocyte were 16. 1%,1. 2% and 10. 1%,respectively. The longer they exposed to benzene,the higher the incidence of benzene poisoning is（ χ2= 9. 830,P 0. 05）. Conclusion] We should strengthen the health protection and health care for benzene-exposed female workers,improve work conditions,exchange their jobs,decrease the benzene-exposed time and prevent the occupational disease.
