广州军区放射工作人员个人剂量监测结果评价与分析

摘    要:目的掌握广州军区医疗机构放射工作人员职业外照射个人剂量监测情况,为减少职业危害、优化放射防护工作提供指导。方法使用热释光法对该军区医疗机构的放射工作人员进行个人剂量检测,对2011—2013年检测结果进行分析。结果 2011—2013年放射工作人员年剂量当量均低于国家标准限值的1/10,人均年剂量频数〈5 mSv;各岗位的人均年有效剂量差异有统计学意义,其中介入放射组最高,核医学组次之,放射治疗和放射诊断2组之间差异无统计学意义。结论该军区应加强介入和核医学的放射防护;通过加强医疗机构个人剂量监测工作的管理和放射专业知识、法律法规的培训可以确保监测数据的真实可靠。

Abstract:Objective]To understand the monitoring situation of occupational external exposure dose among radiation workers in medical institutions of Guangzhou military region,provide guide for reducing occupational hazards and optimizing radiological protection work. Methods]The personal dose of radiation workers in medical institutions of Guangzhou military region was detected by thermoluminescence method,and the results in 2011-2013 were analyzed. Results] The annual dose equivalent of radiation workers in 2011-2013 was less than 1 /10 of the national standard limit,the frequency of per capita annual dose was less than 5mSv. The difference of per capita annual effective in different posts was statistically significant,the interventional radiology group was highest,following the nuclear medicine group. There was no significant difference between radiotherapy group and diagnostic group. Conclusion] The radiological protection should be strengthened in interventional radiology group and nuclear medicine group. By strengthening the management of personal dose monitoring work in medical institutions and training of radiation protection knowledge and law,we can make sure the data is reliable.
