2011—2013年常熟市模特道具生产企业职业病危害因素调查与检测

摘    要:目的了解常熟市模特生产企业职业卫生现状,为做好职业病防治工作提供参考。方法按相关标准规范对作业场所开展职业卫生调查及职业病危害因素检测。结果 7家模特生产企业存在的主要职业病危害因素为树脂粉尘、滑石粉尘、混苯、苯乙烯。树脂粉尘空气浓度合格率为52.8%,滑石粉尘合格率为26.0%;混苯合格率为100.0%,苯乙烯合格率为75.8%。经统计学分析,壳体成形和修补岗位的苯乙烯浓度合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.20,P〈0.05),壳体成型岗位苯乙烯浓度合格率偏低,危害较重。结论树脂粉尘、滑石粉尘、苯乙烯超标率较高。壳体成型、切边修磨等岗位存在较严重的职业危害。模特生产企业职业卫生现状不容乐观,应加强职业卫生监督管理、危害因素监测、职业健康监护和加强防护措施和工艺改造。

Abstract:[Objective]To learn the occupational health status of model production enterprise in Changshu city,provide basis for control and prevention occupational disease. [Methods] According to the relevant standard,the occupational health survey was carried out and occupational hazard factors were detected. [Results] The main occupational hazard factors in 7 model production enterprise were resin dust,talc dust,benzene and styrene. The qualified rate of resin dust,talc dust,benzene and styrene was52. 8%,26. 0%,100. 0% and 75. 8%. Statistic analysis showed that the difference of qualified rate of styrene in shell molding and repairing post was statistically significant( χ2= 5. 20,P 0. 05). The qualified rate of styrene in shell molding post was low and the damage was heavy.[Conclusion]The over standard rate of resin dust,talc dust and styrene are high. There are serious occupational hazards in shell molding and trimming post. The occupational health status of model production enterprise is not optimistic,we should strengthen the occupational health surveillance,hazard factors monitoring,occupational health monitoring and protective measures and technology transformation.
